In Online Music Therapy, Music Therapists interact with the children or young people through a video conferencing app. We use an app called Zoom because it is easy to set up, works well for music and video and is much safer to use - for more information please download our Online Music Therapy guide.

On the fourth Wednesday of every month we have a Sensory Story session at Little Havens – we have had stories that have taken us to different countries around the world, back through time, and celebrating many events along the way. This was the ultimate challenge – a Sensory Story about celebrating Allied Health Professionals Day on Wednesday 14th October!
There are three ‘official’ AHP’s working at Little Havens – Marie is a Physio, Ben is an Occupational Therapist and Ruth is a Music Therapist. We have opened our story out to include other members of the team who help with health and well being, but aren’t nurses, HCA’s or doctors – the Play Team, Youth Work and the CYP Wellbeing Team.
