To start with, there will be two options for overnight stays – Wednesday to Friday and Friday to Sunday. In addition to this, we will also be offering days stays throughout the week. Please note young people aged 19 and over are unable to stay overnight, but are welcome to book for day stays.
We understand that many of you will be seeking overnight care and may feel disappointed if you don’t secure a stay straight away, but this will be taken into account with future requests.
Respite requests will now be made online through our website on this page, please complete the form below to register your interest for respite. You will see the dates available for day stays and overnight breaks please tick all the sessions you could attend. The Little Havens Admin Team will then contact you to update you on your request for respite.
Unfortunately currently we are only able to allow one parent or carer to be resident with their child or young person during a stay whilst Covid-19 restrictions are in place. However, your family is welcome to visit in the garden in line with government guidelines, which are currently groups of six or two households.
Before registering your interest for respite please read our guidance here to help you to know what to expect and how we will manage the COVID infection risks.
When you complete the form please press submit and do not refresh the page. You should get an email to confirm your request has been submitted. If you have any problems completing this form please contact us.
As our priority is supporting children and young people who need end of life care, in the event of an emergency we may need to cancel a respite stay. We will always endeavour to minimise any cancellations in the first instance, however when necessary we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
