Donate your pre-loved, quality items to help raise money for hospice care

Can't get to one of our charity shops? No problem!

You can now post your donations to us for free. Simply download a freepost label and drop off your parcel to your nearest Collect+ point. It's as easy as that!

It's simple:

  1. Pack up your items securely. The parcel can weight up to 10kg, and measure up to 60cm by 50cm by 50cm
  2. Request a freepost label. It will be delivered via email which can either be printed at home or at the nearest Collect+ point
  3. Send the parcel. Drop it off to your nearest Collect+ point
  4. We will sell your items to raise money for local hospice care. This may be within one of our 23 shops or via our e-commerce accounts such as eBay or Depop.

Please bear in mind that it is costing the charity a small fee to use this service, so please only send us good quality items that are likely to help make a profit which helps to pay for our free hospice care.

There is likely to be a Collect+ point near you. There's more than 7,500 drop off locations across the UK, mainly in Post Offices or Co Op stores.  You can find your nearest location here.

Don't worry, in most cases your local Collect+ will print the label off for you. Just show your confirmation email.

Yes, once it has been sold, and we have the correct information from you, we can claim Gift Aid. You can complete our retail Gift Aid form online here.

Gift Aid means we can claim an additional 25% of the sale price from the government at no cost to you.

Yes, but you will need to generate different labels for each parcel.

Unfortunately we are unable to collect items from residential address.
