Contract: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Dependant on experience.

Working closely with the Registered Nurse Educators, the postholder will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of training for the non-registered workforce.
They will support the assessment and ongoing monitoring of staff competencies, while providing targeted, hands-on support to staff during their working day across care teams and the wider organisation. The role will include delivering small group training sessions and acting as a mentor to non-registered members of the care team.
The postholder will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice and consistently act as a role model for high standards of care. While the role is primarily focused on adult services, there may be occasions where support is required for staff working within children’s services.
