By purchasing tickets for, and attending, the Waddle-on-Sea Farwell event, you are declaring that you understand that the organisers, sponsors, partners or any assisting person or persons will be in no way responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to your person or property incurred during or as a result of attending the event, or for any damage caused by you to other person’s property. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.

Should the event need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we ask you to consider your entry fee as a donation to the charity. Refunds will also not be issued if for any reason you are unable to attend. Please do not transfer your tickets to others.

PICTURES: You understand that pictures/filming taken during the event may be used by Havens Hospices to promote the work the charity does in the future.
