By entering the Race4Business 2026 you are declaring yourself medically fit to take part and understand that the organizers, Sponsors or any assisting person or persons will be in no way responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to your person or property incurred during or as a result of the event or for any damage caused by you to other person’s property. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.

Should the event need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, we ask you to consider your entry fee as a donation to the charity.

PICTURES: You understand that pictures/filming taken during the event may be used by Havens Hospices to promote the work the charity does in the future.

MEDICAL: Although the organisers accept no responsibility for any injuries, a medical team will be in attendance. Marshals will summon medical assistance on the route if required.

DATA SHARING: Please note that in the case of a medical emergency your personal details will be shared with our event medical providers EMS. In order for us to collate the race results your name and bib number will be shared with our chip timing and race service Nice Works. Race results will be published on both the Havens Hospices website and social media platforms unless you notify us to remove your data.
