We are hosting exclusive networking sessions for health, social, and education professionals supporting children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families.

There will be two sessions 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm. Each session will include a tour of the hospice, a chance to hear first-hand from families who have experienced our care, plus networking and discussions about hot topics within paediatric palliative care.
If you support children with complex health needs, or their families, this event is your chance to find out about Little Havens and the support we offer families.
These sessions are ideal for GPs, SEN School workers, Children’s Community Nursing Teams, Children with Disabilities Teams, hospital practitioners, bereavement midwives and children’s therapists (SALT, OT and Physio)
