Terms & Conditions

To register for our Christmas Tree Collection Service your tree must be available for collection in the postcode areas SS0 – SS9.

Donations will not be refunded if you have not put your Christmas Tree out in your by 9am on Friday 10^th January.

Real, used trees must be presented outside the front of your property

Volunteers are only able to collect from outside your property and are unable to gain access to blocks of residential properties or shared accommodation.

All decorations must be removed from your tree before leaving it for collection.
