Terms and Conditions - Charity Shop Volunteers Refer A Friend

• The Refer a Friend scheme is open to all Havens Hospices volunteers whose Referred Friend volunteers in one of our stores for a minimum of three months.
• Referrers will only be eligible for the reward if the Referred Friend has included the Referrer’s name on the volunteer application form.
• There’s no limit on the number of referrals.
• The Referrer will receive a £50 voucher towards their next purchase for each Referred Friend.
• In order for the Referrer to qualify for the reward, the Referred Friend must be a new volunteer, over the age of 16 and meet the requirements of the volunteer role.
• We can only accept referrals for people who are already working in the UK or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
• To qualify for a reward, your Referred Friend must be placed in a store within 12 months of their application.
• In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.
• The Referrer will be notified by email when the voucher has been earned.
• Rewards can only be claimed once the Referred Friend is placed in a role for a minimum of three months. Until then, there will be no payment entitlement.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date earned by the Referrer.
• Referral vouchers must be used in one transaction, and if the total value isn’t met, no change will be given.
• We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
