CANCELLATION: Should the event need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions) we ask you to consider your entry fee as a donation to the charity.
ENTRY FEES: Entry fees cannot be refunded if you are unable to attend the event.
PICTURES: You understand that pictures/filming taken during the event may be used by Havens Hospices to promote the work the charity does in the future. If you would not like your pictures to be used please email glow@havenshospices.org.uk
AGE: All ages welcome, however children ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times
MEDICAL: Although the organisers accept no responsibility for any injuries, a medical team will be in attendance throughout the duration of the event. Marshals will summon medical assistance on route if required.
WALKER NUMBERS: Please ensure you fill in all the information on the reverse of your walker number in case of an emergency.
