We are pleased to share we will be hosting our Christmas Party again. This year the party will be held at Maltings Academy, Witham (CM8 1EP) on Saturday 21st December from 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Throughout the afternoon, there will be a disco with music, balloon modelling, face painting and more. Plus the chance to see Santa and pick a gift from his workshop.
There will be a quieter room available with music sessions with Ruth, our Music Therapist.
We want you to be able to enjoy the party, so please know you only need to participate in the activities and entertainment you want to; for example you may want to spend the whole party in the quiet room if that’s what your family enjoy.
The party will run from 1:30-4:30pm, you are welcome to join us for the whole afternoon or just a few hours.
We are expecting a visit from Santa, he will be walking around the event to avoid queues, giving everyone the chance to see him. When you meet Santa, children (and siblings) will receive a token which you can then use to choose a gift from his ‘toy shop’ at the party.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks, cakes, and mince pies (vegan, DF, GF) will be available. You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks but please note we do not have access to the school's catering facilities so we are unable to reheat or blend any food.
Facilities
The party will all be held on the ground floor of the school, which is fully wheelchair accessible, and there is plenty of parking available on site. There are only a limited number of wheelchair-accessible tables; we will try our best to accommodate everyone and provide a range of seating options. There are accessible changing facilities and toilets (including hoists).
