Kelly currently works at Morgan Stanley managing a global expense management team. She is a mum of 2 and lives in Shenfield.
Kelly brings a strong strategic perspective combined with practical insight into financial oversight and accountability. Her experience includes supporting organisational growth, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring robust decision-making frameworks are in place.
Over the last few years Kelly has been an active member of the Morgan Stanley Women’s Business Alliance and Family Advocacy committees helping working mothers positively navigate their careers. In 2025, Kelly cycled from London to Paris to raise funds for three children’s charities, an experience that inspired her to take on a more significant role within the charitable sector. As Kelly’s children started secondary school and she saw the Havens Hospices Trustee role recruitment she felt the time was right to share her time and skills to give back to the community.
Kelly is motivated to collaborate with the board and Directors to build robust financial stability to support the long-term sustainability of the charity, enabling greater focus on delivering high-quality services and care to those who need it most within the local community.
