Unfortunately we can not provide refunds. If you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to email chill@havenshospices.org.uk to change the booking name.  

Workshops on the 28th November are on the first floor at the Rayleigh Mill Arts Centre. There is a lift available but attendees need to be able to climb stairs to the first floor if the lift for any reason is out of service.
