Lauren joined Havens Hospices as a Trustee in 2026. She is an Executive Director of Commercial & Growth with a wealth of experience across the health and commercial sectors. Lauren has held Director roles within several NHS Foundation Trusts, including Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Essex Partnership University, and King’s College Hospital, with portfolios spanning finance, commercial, partnerships, legal, IT and estates.

A chartered management accountant and legal professional, Lauren is also a coach and mentor. She brings financial expertise, legal insight and people-centred leadership, with a strong focus on innovation, co-production and collaboration.

Her professional training in law and accountancy, alongside her executive Board experience, provides a strong foundation for the practical responsibilities of the trustee role.

As an Essex resident, Lauren has been aware of Havens Hospices for many years. Through her work in the NHS, she has developed an understanding of the charity’s service provision and the shared challenges faced across the sector. She has also seen first-hand the compassionate support Fair Havens has provided to a friend and her family.

She recognises the vital role Havens Hospices plays and is motivated to help ensure these essential services remain available for current and future generations.
