Terry experienced a 30-year career in finance in the UK and overseas, most recently as a Partner in the Assurance practice of KPMG LLP in London. He has supported Havens Hospices for a number of years since seeing and experiencing the excellent care and support provided to family members by a similar charity, and now volunteers at Fair Havens as a Day Hospice driver.

Terry appreciates how critical strong governance and reporting are to a charity, not least in securing and maintaining the confidence of donors and potential donors and thus enabling the charity to meet its objectives.
