This Virtual Quiz is being organised by Havens Hospices and hosted by our corporate partners Utilize PLC. There is a formal contract in place between us and Utilize PLC that sets out mutual obligations like Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018/GDPR.

The information you supply as part of the registration of the Virtual Quiz will be processed and held in accordance with the charity’s Privacy Notice.

Utilize PLC will not be capturing any personal or identifiable information, including IP addresses, during the hosting of the Virtual Quiz, and will not be recording any of the events. You can refer to their Security & Privacy Notice if required.
