Wellbeing Administration Assistant

Contract: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Although you may not be giving direct care to our patients, your contribution has a direct effect on our care services. With your efficiency and knowledge to ensure things are running smoothly behind the scenes, we can be sure that the hospices are totally focused on Making Every Day Count for our patients and children.

The role is very varied with a huge amount of responsibility. You’ll be supporting Wellbeing staff, families with the administration of the Wellbeing Team. With a great telephone manner, experience in diary management, and a ‘can do’ attitude you’ll be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the input and retrieval of SystmOne data in respect of the Wellbeing Service. Including chaplaincy and complimentary therapy.
  • To maintain, continuously develop and improve the service in line with national guidance and based on the identified need.
  • To network with other adult, children and young people’s services both locally and nationally in order to ensure best possible practice.
  • To arrange and prepare for team meetings.
  • To attend hospice meetings as agreed.
  • To co-ordinate events such as Light up a Life, Remembrance and Thanksgiving Services.
