SystmOne Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systmone Lead position. This role will be responsible for the management, maintenance and development of SystmOne across our Hospice services. Working across clinical departments to ensure all the functional requirements are met for the needs of Havens Hospices care.

The successful candidates’ duties will also include responsibility for the management of Smartcards, working with the Registration Authority to ensure staff are able to access the system, and gathering data sets that assist in the development of services and that meet local and national required submissions.

Candidates will have experience working with and an in-depth knowledge of Systmone, experience of project management, educated to degree level or equivalent in experience. Advanced IT skills, an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

New Fair Havens Hospice

This is an exciting and rewarding time to join us as we begin to move into our new hospice.  It will incorporate 16 in-patient bedrooms, increase Day Hospice services, additional family support and beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds. Currently in the construction stage in Southend it will bring together a range of specialist services to support people through the journey of their illness, and as the end of their life approaches

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of Systm One to meet the functional requirements of Havens Hospices
  • Responsible for the management of Smartcards working with the Registration Authority to ensure staff are able to access to the system appropriately including the completion of RA documentation
  • To gather and provide data sets that will both assist the development of services and/or meet the local and national required submissions.
