The role of this Trustee will be to contribute specialist People knowledge and advice to Board and the Head of People. This will be in the areas of Human Resources, Volunteering & Learning and Development. We are looking for someone to support and advise on strategic initiatives that align with Hospices values.
This person must have experience of senior level management and strategic development and planning expertise within the HR field. Experience of the workings of a Board would be useful but is not essential.
