We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to join our established People Team, to evolve and lead the Team. The successful applicant will be pivotal in delivering education programmes to both internal and external delegates.
Working closely with the Head of People, the Learning and Development Manager will provide support on all aspects of an employee’s learning journey from day one in the organisation. The Learning and Development Manager will develop the competence of employees by the development, design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development for all employees.
