Management of the CEO’s diary, including annual leave and remote working.
Undertaking a review of the CEO’s inbox and acting on any items that can be completed or instigating the necessary response by the CEO.
Managing the co-ordination of a number of the organisation’s top level committee meetings and other ad hoc meetings including Planning and preparations for Trustee and Leadership Planning Day sessions.
Tracking actions and Follow-up at any meeting on behalf of the CEO.
To support the CEO by acting as the initial point of contact for enquiries as and when required and resolving the issues when and as far as is possible.
To work in conjunction with the CEO on any/all subjects to ensure the designated tasks and projects as identified are achieved on the required timescales.
