Executive PA/Clerk to the Trustees

Contract: Perm, Part Time, 25 hours per week (£22,500 per annum, pro rata £15,000 per annum)
Location: Fair Havens (with travel between hospice sites and trading premises as required)

We’re looking for an Executive PA/Clerk to provide a high level administrative, secretarial and office management support to the CEO and Leadership Team and act as Clerk to the Trustees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of the CEO’s diary, including annual leave and remote working.
  • Undertaking a review of the CEO’s inbox and acting on any items that can be completed or instigating the necessary response by the CEO.
  • Managing the co-ordination of a number of the organisation’s top level committee meetings and other ad hoc meetings including Planning and preparations for Trustee and Leadership Planning Day sessions.
  • Tracking actions and Follow-up at any meeting on behalf of the CEO.
  • To support the CEO by acting as the initial point of contact for enquiries as and when required and resolving the issues when and as far as is possible.
  • To work in conjunction with the CEO on any/all subjects to ensure the designated tasks and projects as identified are achieved on the required timescales.
