We’re looking for commercial, articulate and motivated individuals to join our fast-growing ecommerce business in Southchurch, Essex. Experience is desirable but not essential.

Joining our existing ecommerce & operations team, the successful candidate will contribute to the end-to-end customer experience, from photography, studio management, copywriting, customer service, fulfilment, after sales and merchandising.

• Photography of merchandise
• Research into value of items
• Drafting and producing copy for all listings
• End to end customer experience
• Answering emails/ calls
• Postage of items sold
• After sales customer support (telephone & online)
• Assisting with customer returns
• Content development
• Analysing data / market pricing
• Assisting with reports & data
• Assisting with training of volunteers in the studio.
