We are currently recruiting for a Counselling Service Lead to clinically lead, represent, manage and develop Havens Hospices’ psychological support service. Leading a team of counsellors who are responsible for providing bereavement and pre-bereavement support to improve people’s mental health and wellbeing following traumatic life events. As part of Havens Hospices multidisciplinary team to provide counselling and emotional support to the patients and families using Havens Hospices care services.
To provide support and education to other teams, agencies and professionals working with children, young people and adults with life-limiting illnesses and following bereavement.
At Havens Hospices we care for children, young people and adults with complex or incurable conditions. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement, in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens.
