We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Data Analyst position. At Havens Hospices we are committed to improving outcomes for Services Users. The main purpose of this role is to compile quality data and perform accurate analysis to demonstrate the Hospice’s effectiveness in achieving quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will work across all clinical services developing and reporting on key performance measures, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Duties include supporting the production of monthly performance dashboard reports, annual Quality Report, Trustees Annual Report and Impact Reports.

The post holder must be proficient in all Microsoft applications, with an emphasis on Excel, educated to A-Level or equivalent. Excellent analytical skills, with a proven record of extracting data from systems and presenting trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Havens Hospice is committed to improving outcomes for services users and relies on quality data collection and analysis to achieve this. The Clinical Data Officer’s main purpose is to demonstrate the hospice’s effectiveness in achieving quality outcomes.
  • The post holder will work across all clinical services ensuring systems are in place for the collection of quality data. To include developing and reporting on key performance measures, identifying trends and areas for improvement The post holder will support  the production of the monthly performance dashboard reports, annual Quality Report, Trustees Annual report and Impact reports and other ad hoc reporting as required.
  • The post holder will ensure that they are compliant with all regulatory requirements with regards to the production, presentation and confidentiality of data
