By entering this event you are declaring yourself medically fit to take part and understand that the organisers, sponsors or an assisting person or persons will be in no way responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to your person or property incurred during or as a result of the event or for any damage caused by you to other person’s property. 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.

CANCELLATION: Should the event need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions) we ask you to consider your entry fee as a donation to the charity.

ENTRY FEES: Entry fees cannot be refunded if you are unable to attend the event.

COVID 19 SAFETY
Please note that this event will be organised following the relevant health and Government guidelines current to Covid 19 Safety. A full Risk Assessment will have been made and participants will be notified in advance of the measures in place to ensure the safety of all parties involved.

PICTURES: You understand that pictures/filming taken during the event may be used by Havens Hospices to promote the work the charity does in the future. If you would not like your pictures to be used please email

AGE: All ages welcome, however children ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times

MEDICAL: Although the organisers accept no responsibility for any injuries, a medical team will be in attendance throughout the duration of the event. Marshals will summon medical assistance on route if required.

WALKER NUMBERS: Please ensure you fill in all the information on the reverse of your walker number in case of an emergency.
