Fair Havens Hospice
Apr 18, 2019
We're looking for a Ward Sister to lead the Fair Havens Care Team in providing a comprehensive service to patients who are under the care of Havens Hospices. The role provides clear leadership and direction to the in-patient team, motivating the team to deliver the best possible standards of care.
You will have experience in a palliative care environment, be a skilled people manager and possess outstanding clinical expertise. You will have a passion for palliative care and be looking for an opportunity to make a real difference.
The patients we care for have been diagnosed with a life limiting illness and we are seeking a highly motivated practitioner who understands our ethos. You will need a flexible approach and strong communication skills to ensure you deliver the best possible experience for our patients, families and carers.
New Fair Havens Hospice
This is an exciting and rewarding time to join us as we begin to build our new hospice. It will incorporate 16 in-patient bedrooms, increase Day Hospice services, additional family support and beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds. Currently in the construction stage in Southend it will bring together a range of specialist services to support people through the journey of their illness, and as the end of their life approaches.
