The staff of the Galvin Green Man pub are hosting two egg hunts on Easter Sunday to raise funds for Little Havens Hospice.
The pub is hosting a variety of family-fun days over the Easter weekend including two Easter egg hunts in aid of Little Havens Hospice. The hunts will take place on Easter Sunday at 11am and 3pm and tickets will be £2 each. There will also be colouring competitions and other family-friendly fun on the day.
Harriet Geary, Manager of the Galvin Green Man said
“We’re a family friendly pub so we wanted our younger clientele had fun over the Easter weekend whilst giving back to the children and families who are affected by life-limited illnesses across Essex.
“After visiting Little Havens Hospice this week and seeing how amazing the facilities are and learning about the extra services they provide, that you don’t think about, like support for all the family pre and post bereavement or even being able to spend time simply being mum, dad, grandparent, brother or sister rather than a carer for the day.
At Little Havens Hospice they are ‘Making every day count’ for all the children and families they care for and we look forward to helping local families make memories with each other over Easter to help the staff of Little Havens Hospices continue doing the same for hundreds of families across Essex.”
