Our hospice care can only exist because of the support and generosity from the community, we must raise over £124,000 each week to be there for everyone who needs us.

There are many community led events across Essex in aid of Havens Hospices, please check below and see if there's a fundraising event near you - they would love to have your support. If you're planning an event in aid of Havens Hospices please get in touch so we can support you in your fundraising.

On Saturday May 18th 2024 the South London Fellowship Band of The Salvation Army at Hadleigh Temple, London Road SS7 2PF are holding a concert commencing at 6.30pm.

The original idea of the concert was primarily to be a tribute to David Harrison who passed away very suddenly in March 2023 and was an active member of both bands however, whilst David's service will still be remembered during the concert, time will be taken to remember members of both bands who have died since the pandemic halted the activities of both bands for over 18 months.

The family of David Harrison were invited to nominate a charity to benefit from the evening and they suggested Havens Hospices.
