Local charity Havens Hospices has opened a new shop on Rectory Road, Hadleigh.
The charity’s previous shop on London Road, Hadleigh, opened in 1999. Since then it has helped the charity to raise over £750,000 towards the care it provides free of charge to local babies, children, teenagers and adults. The charity was recently unable to renew its lease for this site and has therefore moved to a new shop on Rectory Road, less than 200 metres from its old site.
Janet Evenden, Shop Manager, said,
“We have very much enjoyed being a part of the Hadleigh community and were delighted to secure a new shop in the area. Our local supporters and customers will therefore be able to continue to visit us. The new shop is now open and we’ve had some really lovely comments from customers who have commented on how bright and spacious the new shop is. I hope we will continue to see lots more faces, old and new, visiting the shop over the coming weeks.”
