Dan joined BB Capital in November 2004 and formed part of our PFI school project team. He was a greatly loved member of staff, participating in the annual ski trip, going to the gym, running in the park and socialising.
He was a cheerful, friendly and sincere person who got on well with everyone.
He was very close to his wife, Helen and his young daughter, Jessica. No conversation in the kitchen at Regent's Place was complete without some mention of the latest development in Jessica's young life, normally described with excitement and awe.
Dan's quiet competence, positive attitude and genuine interest in other people helped forge strong relationships with clients and contributed to our success. He was a joy to work with and will be very sadly missed.
Little Havens was Dan's chosen charity and he ran the marathon for them in 2003 and 2005 and raised over £2,500. We have set up this tribute fund, in memory of Dan's dedication to his work and in celebration of his life.
