Time Out is the Fair Havens Hospice Carers Group. Caring for a loved one can be exhausting and emotionally draining so why not let us support you? Time Out provides somewhere relaxing for Carers to come, offering a host of different activities within a friendly and welcoming environment.
Who we can help
Time Out is available to Carers of patients receiving support from any of the Fair Havens Hospice services.
What we offer
We are able to provide you with information and advice to help support you as much as the person you are caring for. Together with practical tips and guidance from other professional services, we offer expert one to one counselling. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from complementary therapies, such as reflexology and massage. There is no need to book Time Out, just pop in on a Thursday from 9am – 12pm.
