Andy Smith - Chief Executive (Havens Hospices)
Andy has been Chief Executive of Havens Hospices since 2000. Andy has served on a number of local and national bodies with the hospice and palliative care sector. Andy was also part of the delegation invited to meet with the Prime Minister which resulted in increased funding for Children's Hospices.
Prior to becoming Chief Executive of Havens Hospices, Andy had been a career Civil Servant, starting in the DHSS and moving on to the Department of Health.

Wendy Dodds - Director of Care (Little Havens Children's Hospice) and Executive Nurse
Wendy is a qualified Nurse/Senior Manager, holding a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies. Wendy has been Director of Care since December 2001. Wendy is also a HQS surveyor, responsible for monitoring compliance with HQS standards in other hospices across the country.

Peter Marriner - Director of Finance and Operations (Havens Hospices)
Peter joined the team in October 2004. Peter was a Director and Chairman of a national trade association for nine years promoting the industry and its member’s products. Peter qualified as an accountant within industry and has worked extensively within major multi-national companies.

Vanessa Longley - Director of Fundraising and Marketing (Havens Hospices)
Vanessa joined the team in November 2008, having worked within national charities to raise their profile and income for nine years. Vanessa qualified in marketing (CAM Diploma) whilst working for the largest direct marketing Agency in Europe, and is a member of the Institute of Fundraising.

Trevor Johnson - Director of Trading (Havens Hospices)
Trevor joined the charity in October 2010. Prior to this he worked extensively in the Retail Sector for 16 years with such brands as Marks & Spencer and the Co-operative group. Trevor is very keen to ensure that the shops continue to demonstrate Havens Hospices' commitment to quality whilst building community links and highlighting the care thats is provided within Fair Havens and Little Havens.
