Havens Hospices, which incorporates both Fair Havens Hospice and Little Havens Children's Hospice, is a registered charity (RCN 1022119).
For the year 11/12, it will cost a total of £5.7 million to ensure we can continue caring for local adults, children and their families - £2.4 million for Little Havens and £3.3 million for Fair Havens.
The charity receives limited funding from the Government via the local Primary Care Trusts. Therefore we rely heavily on the generosity of our kind supporters including individuals, schools, groups, businesses and Trusts to help us raise the funds needed.
This money is raised through many different ways, from regular monthly donations, fundraising events, challenges, the Havens Weekly Draw, gifts in wills and our charity shops.
