Lisa was born in Thorpe Bay, Essex, in October 1962 and was educated at Southend High School for Girls. She now lives in Westcliff with her husband Nigel and their son Edward; has a daughter Nicola and one grandson, Oliver, who live locally.
Lisa works at Barclays Wealth in Canary Wharf and is responsible for the business development, marketing and sales strategy for charities and the not-for-profit sector nationally. She has been working in Financial Services for over 15 years and joined Barclays Wealth in 2006 to assist the development of the charity specialist team within the group.
Lisa has considerable charity sector expertise and has contributed to various sector bulletins and publications. She is a member of the Charity Investors Group, the European Association for Philanthropy and Giving, the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and the Charity Finance Directors’ Group.
In her spare time Lisa loves spending time with her family and their two German Shepherds, Eva and Ellie. She also enjoys travel, reading, gardening and cooking.
