In January 2012 Havens Hospices was awarded "Star Status" by Best Companies, a national survey which rates the best UK companies to work for. Based on staff feedback, organisations receive a Best Companies index score which will determine their star rating compared to a fixed standard. Havens Hospices ia a member of the Fundraising Standards Board, an independent self-regulatory body for fundraising aiming to raise standards and build public confidence in the sector. This means Havens Hospices commit to the highest standards of fundraising and report any related complaints. Havens Hospices was shortlisted for the Charity Times "Best Charity to Work For 2010."
